The ESG Inmobilia Committee was structured in 2020 to improve and implement the various controls
and programs necessary for the success of the ESG strategy. It is also responsible for instituting
and implementing due diligence processes in the various ESG areas, including protocols for identification,
prioritization and risk management based on compliance with applicable legislation.
The Committee is supervised by the Technical Committee and led by the Finance Department. It is made up of those responsible for the company’s critical areas as shown below:

Accordingly, our Technical Committee is composed of members who have extensive experience and who are capable of making the most efficient investment decisions, taking into account responsible management criteria.
Our committee is made up of 6 members with high-level executive profiles in various branches of industrial engineering, civil engineering, accounting, finance and business administration. In this way, the vast experience of each of the members, as well as the perspective of each one allows us to identify risks and opportunities related to the management of the business, thus guaranteeing a management oriented to the integral growth of the company.
