Environmental

Despite the challenging macroeconomic environment, we remain committed to creating value for our stakeholders in a sustainable manner through strategic decision-making. Inmobilia is aware of its social and environmental responsibility, so its purpose is to create and manage spaces that generate a positive impact on society and the environment. That's why we work together to create long-term sustainable and ethical solutions for all our stakeholders.

As a group, Inmobilia seeks to align all its efforts in ensuring the ESG approach in all aspects of the company, including the formation of our portfolio and the creation of long-term partnerships with our stakeholders. To achieve all the above, in 2022 we updated our responsible investment guidelines, through which we describe our methodology for incorporating ESG criteria into our investment decisions.

The way in which risk assessments and compliance with ESG factors are carried out are carried out as follows:

At Inmobilia we are aware of the impact that our activities related to the construction industry contribute to climate change, in the same way, we recognize that the environmental issue is not a risk of low probability but presents a situation of maximum importance in any business strategy. As a result, we have increased our focus on identifying, quantifying and measuring both the financial and operational impact related to the risks of climate change and the consequent potential damage that it may have on our own ability to generate value for our stakeholders.

In line with the above, since 2021 we decided to take the GRESB and the TCFD as a reference to start the development of our climate strategy and during 2022 we took the first steps towards its consolidation. We start with the corresponding analyses to identify our starting point and what actions will be necessary to reach our environmental objectives.

As a result, we have developed our Environment and Biodiversity Policy, in which we assume the following commitments:
